	Nicholas A. Pelusio Senior Vice President Nick brings 19 years of commercial real estate experience in medical office brokerage to the GPE team. Nick’s experience includes both Landlord and Tenant representation, Buyer and Seller representation including Investment Sales and Development. Nick represented Banner Health System in a 50 acre site selection for a future hospital in the East Valley. Attended Miami Dade College and Miami University, majored in Business Administration and Psychology.

	Kathleen M. Morgan, CCIM Senior Vice President Kathleen brings 12 years of commercial real estate experience to the team with extensive knowledge in Landlord and Tenant representation as well as Buyer and Seller representation. Kathleen has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 2000 and has an MA in Bilingual Studies and a BA in Communications and Spanish from La Salle University in Philadelphia.

	Trisha A. Talbot, CCIM Associate Vice President Trisha brings 6 years of commercial real estate experience to the team in Landlord and Tenant representation as well as Buyer and Seller representation. Trisha has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 2007 together with a W.P. Carey MBA from Arizona State University and a BA in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
